Online Payment Terms & Conditions
Payments for our services can be made exclusively using Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Multi Fish Lanka Pvt Ltd does not process online payments directly; instead, we utilize a secure third-party service provider. Transactions must be completed in either Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or American US Dollars (USD), as approved by the Central Bank.
After completing a transaction, you will see a confirmation screen displaying the transaction details. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all information. A confirmation email will be sent once our third-party provider has processed your payment.
Please note that payments are non-cancellable once processed. We are not liable for payment refusals or reversals, which should be resolved with your credit card issuer.
Cash on Delivery (CoD)
What is Cash on Delivery (CoD)?
- CoD allows you to pay in cash when the delivery is made to your doorstep.
How Does It Work?
- Place your order on www.multifishlanka.com.
- We will verify your order via a phone call before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you after two attempts, we will send an email with our contact details. Customers must respond using their registered mobile number. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation and actions on the registration. Upon delivery, pay the full amount in cash to the courier. For any overcharging issues, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email immediately.
- Payments to couriers via bank draft, cheque, PO, etc., are not accepted.
Is CoD Available for All Items?
Yes, CoD is available for all items, provided the total order value is under Rs. 5,000/-.
Is CoD Available in All Locations?
No, CoD is only available in select cities and PIN codes. Check our website to confirm service availability in your area.
Are There Additional CoD Charges?
Yes, CoD fees apply and are included in your bill. Review your bill before confirming your order.
Code of Conduct
CoD is a convenient service offered by Multi Fish Lanka at an additional cost. We reserve the right to revoke this option for customers suspected of misuse. Orders not verified within 48 hours will be canceled, and the associated mobile number and email may be blacklisted. We may refuse services, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if customer behavior violates laws or company interests.
Refunds & Replacements for CoD Orders
Refunds are subject to company policy. CoD charges are non-refundable. For queries, please contact customer support.
CoD Order Limit
The CoD limit is Rs. 5,000/- per order. For higher-value purchases, we recommend secure bank transfers.
Returns and Replacements
Due to the sensitive nature of live fish handling, packaging, and shipping, we do not accept returns. Please choose your items carefully.
Important Considerations:
- Ensure your tank has adequate space for the fish’s growth.
- Confirm your tank is fully cycled with proper water parameters.
- Check compatibility with existing tank mates based on size, species, and behavior.
- Allow new fish 24 hours to acclimate before feeding to reduce stress.
- Avoid overstocking to maintain healthy water conditions.
- Fish may appear pale or lethargic upon arrival; this is temporary and should improve within a few days.
Ordering Live Fish
Ordering from Multi Fish Lanka is easy. We carefully pack and ship your fish directly to your doorstep. Our fish are sourced from premium bloodlines, and we maintain rigorous quality control at our modern facilities, conducting regular inspections of our partner breeders. This ensures you receive healthy, vibrant, and disease-free fish.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
